Policies

Clear terms, no surprises

Terms of Service

EcoConstruct Tech Corp provides eco-construction and post-construction site cleaning across the Greater Toronto Area. By booking our services you agree to the terms below.

  • Estimates. Written estimates follow an on-site assessment and are valid for 30 days. If the scope changes, we'll confirm any price change with you in writing before proceeding.
  • Scheduling & deposits. A deposit may be required to reserve a start date. The remaining balance is due on completion unless a payment schedule is agreed in writing.
  • Payments. Invoices are issued through Wave and payable by the methods listed on the invoice.
  • Client responsibilities. Clients provide reasonable site access and any permits required for the work.
  • Workmanship. We stand behind our work. Report any workmanship concern within 30 days of completion and we'll make it right.
  • Insurance. EcoConstruct Tech Corp is licensed and insured. Governing law is the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every client satisfied with the finished result. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

  • Cancelling or rescheduling. Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule booked work so we can adjust our crew's schedule.
  • Deposits. Deposits hold your date and cover pre-job costs. They're refundable if you cancel before materials are ordered or work begins.
  • Prepaid work not yet done. If you've prepaid for work we haven't started, you're refunded in full, less any materials or costs already committed on your behalf.
  • Completed work. Work already performed is non-refundable, but any workmanship issue reported within 30 days is corrected at no extra charge.
